A versatile 3-in-1 paste for flower modelling, gum paste and edible lace.

White in colour but easily tintable with water-soluble food colours, gels or powders.

Perfect for modelling very fine and detailed shapes that dry quickly without tearing or cracking.

Petals remain thin and flexible, and finished elements are durable and stable. Can also be used for lace when applied to mats and microwaved. Ingredients: starch, glucose syrup, water, hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, coconut, babassu), stabilisers: E466 (CMC), guar gum E412, gum arabic E414, emulsifier: glycerol E422, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, flavourings. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
